MyClubTeams ("we", "us", "our") provides a white-label team-management platform for grassroots and walking-football clubs. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, Progressive Web App and Android application (collectively, the "Service").
MyClubTeams is the data controller for account and club data created through the Service. Club organisers who use the Service to manage their own players act as data controllers for the player information they enter, and we act as their data processor for that information.
Account information: when an organiser creates a club account we collect their name, email address and a securely hashed password.
Club and player information: organisers may add club details, branding, fixtures, sessions and player records (such as a player's name and, where provided, contact details) to run their club.
Availability responses: when players confirm availability using a club access code or link, we record their selected name and their availability choice for each session.
Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we retain only a payment/subscription reference and status.
Technical information: we collect standard log data (such as IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps) to operate and secure the Service.
Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Service), consent (where required, e.g. certain communications) and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
Each club operates in its own private space. Organisers and players from one club cannot see the players, fixtures, availability or branding of any other club.
We keep account and club data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, for tax or legal purposes).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Clubs may include junior players. Where a player is a child, the club organiser is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from a parent or guardian before adding that player's details. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, please contact us at myclubteams@outlook.com.
